Skin Protection Tips


1. Avoid being out in the sun for long periods between 11:00am to 4:00pm.

2. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself re hydrated

3. Also try and cool yourself by a shower or bath after coming in from the sun.

4. Wear a long sleeved shirt and full trousers or a long skirt (have you noticed people living in deserts? The always wear full sleeves)

5. Wear UV Blocking sunglasses

6. Use and umbrella or a broad brimmed hat.
